Scandisk — Disk Cleanup — Defragmenter Run Scandisk and Disk Cleanup weekly to keep all your important files in good working condition. Run Defragmenter weekly to keep your computer running at its maximum speed.

Anti Virus Updates
New viruses are constantly being discovered, and the Anti Virus Software companies place updates on their web sites for you to download as changes occur. Run Live Updates weekly and then scan your system for viruses to keep your system protected.

Windows Updates
Microsoft periodically has free updates to the Windows Operating Systems available for download from their web site. These updates and minor upgrades will keep your system up to date with the latest fixes. Run Windows Update weekly for any "Critical Updates".
